On Thursday, I will be making all of this:
- Braised Short Ribs
- Creamy Mashed Potatoes
- Root Vegetable Enchiladas with Cashew Cream Sauce
- Vegan Chocolate Cake
- Homemade Carrot Cake
This is after some buttermilk chocolate chip pancakes and strong coffee...for energy, of course!
